Darwin according to Zach

Zach and neighborhood buddy, Trevor, on a school field trip.

On Saturday, Zach was running around out back dribbling his soccer ball as usual.  At one point he came inside for a drink of water.  On his way back outside, he stopped matter-of-factly at the back door and said,"Hey, Daddy.  You know how everybody used to be a monkey or an ape?"

"Yes," Chris replied.
"Well," Zach continued, "do you know which one I used to be?"

Monkey.  Very smart monkey, but definitely monkey.
