Leak source as revealed by Alex. Alex said he could not fix

soffit without repairing leak source.  Alex charged us $40.00.

He removed siding, cut away piece of gutter and showed us

his repair.

Soffit nailed over existing fascia by Alex and Franklin without

drilling ventilation holes.

(2nd crew removed soffit to reveal rotted wood had been covered.)

This is how the house was left by Alex/Franklin on 8/13.

1. Glob of caulking between house and soffit

2.  Horizontal gap between soffit edging and J-channel above

3. Edging color does not match siding color.

tore it out and said that it shouldn't.
