I took Abby's Girl Scout troop on a night hike tonight at one of the area Girl Scout camps. It was below freezing, but Abby had a great time and was excited to see Venus and Jupiter with the naked eye. As we were driving home, the sky was so clear, the moon and stars were reflecting dramatically in the reservoir and Abby wanted to stop to see if she could identify the planets. I wish we could have stayed there all night, but we still couldn't feel our feet from the hike.
