Abby just completed another week-long horsebackriding camp. The stables are about a half hour from home and Abby was in seventh heaven.
In addition to caring for their horse, the kids rode twice a day. Mornings were instruction in an indoor
arena and afternoons were trail rides on the owner's 60 acre property. Abby's horse for the week was "Captain Jack" or "CJ".
During their exhibition today the instructor said that Abby's favorite part of camp was trotting. It didn't matter where or when they trotted, Abby would break out into uncontrollable giggles.
Given that Abby is usually a pretty happy kid, it's amazing to see how she lights up around horses. It can only be described as true bliss.
