Well, Saturday was perhaps the best birthday I've ever had. As many of you know, I've been working toward my dream of setting up a ceramics studio at home. Thanks to so many family members and friends, my husband made that dream come true for my 40th Birthday. Then he cleaned the house, made a ton of delicious hors d'oeuvres (including his famous salmon canapes) and hosted a "Girls Night Out" on our patio for me and my friends. He even sent the kids away for the evening. It's safe to say a good time was had by all, and in the end we only received two calls about the noise.
So whether we shared drinks together, or you helped Chris set up my studio, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am very grateful to have so many special people in my life.
